1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 78bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account on 78bdt or making use of any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them at all times during your use of the platform.

78bdt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 78bdt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 78bdt enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by 78bdt or by any other organisation to which 78bdt has access.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing on 78bdt. All accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder.

1.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 78bdt. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods but operated by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 78bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances held in verified duplicate accounts may be returned to the verified payment method at 78bdt's discretion.

1.4 Language and Governing Document

These Terms are published in English, which is the governing language of this document. In the event of any translation or summary of these Terms being made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of 78bdt services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration is true, accurate, and current.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

78bdt is committed to operating a safe and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC verification requires the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name).

78bdt aims to complete KYC review within 48 hours of document submission. During the review period, deposits may continue to be made but withdrawals will be held pending verification. 78bdt may request additional documentation at any time if it has reasonable grounds to require further identity confirmation.

2.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 78bdt username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any actions taken using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 78bdt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. 2.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 78bdt account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

78bdt accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which support BDT transactions:

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within four hours of approval, seven days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day to be credited to the destination account.

3.4 Funds Security

All player funds held on the 78bdt platform are maintained separately from operational funds. 78bdt does not use player deposits to fund business operations. In the event of any platform disruption, verified real-money balances are returned to players via their registered payment method as a priority obligation.

4.1 Welcome Deposit Bonus

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from wagering the bonus amount may be withdrawn, once wagering requirements have been met.

• 78bdt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Seasonal and Reload Promotions

Reload bonuses for existing players are offered periodically. 5.1 Game Integrity

5.3 Voided Bets and Cancelled Games

In the event that a casino game round or sports betting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise rendered void after a wager has been placed, 78bdt will return the original stake to the player's account balance. No winnings will be paid on voided game rounds or cancelled events. 78bdt's decision regarding the voiding of any bet or game round is final.

5.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, 78bdt reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Any apparent win resulting from a technical error will not be honoured. Players who discover what appears to be a technical error must notify the support team immediately and cease play on the affected game until the issue is resolved.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 78bdt platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one registered player account, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used.
• Bonus abuse: Using coordinated, systematic, or automated betting strategies designed to extract value from bonus offers while circumventing the intended wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards, coordinating bets, or chip-dumping in poker or table game formats.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events that you have reason to believe have been manipulated, or participating in any arrangement intended to fix the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a 78bdt account. Any funds deposited via fraudulent means will be reversed and the account permanently closed.
• Money laundering: Using the 78bdt platform for the purpose of laundering funds of illicit origin. 78bdt cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks: Filing an illegitimate chargeback or payment dispute against a genuine 78bdt transaction. Accounts subject to illegitimate chargebacks will be suspended and all pending withdrawals frozen pending resolution.

6.2 Account Suspension and Closure by 78bdt

78bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in prohibited activities, or that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In the event of account closure, 78bdt will notify the player via the registered email address and will detail the steps available for appealing the decision where an appeal pathway exists.

7.1 Player Responsibility

78bdt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players are responsible for managing their own gambling activity within their personal financial means. Gambling on 78bdt should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm, players are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

7.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

8.1 Platform Availability

78bdt makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available and fully functional at all times. 8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 78bdt's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's account, or any game or wager placed on the platform, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 78bdt account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 78bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content

Casino games and live casino streams available on 78bdt are supplied by independent third-party providers. 78bdt is not responsible for the content, technical performance, or availability of third-party game content beyond what is within its reasonable control as a platform operator. Any disputes arising from the specific behaviour of a certified third-party game should be directed to the 78bdt support team, who will liaise with the relevant game provider on the player's behalf.

8.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the 78bdt platform — including the 78bdt brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 78bdt or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 78bdt content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 78bdt intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the provision as closely as possible.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 78bdt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between 78bdt and each registered player with respect to the use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to that subject matter.
